Leading a Zoom Small Group

  1. Watch video on CIstudent.com
  2. Download Zoom
  3. Schedule a Meeting
  4. Title it: CI Small Group
  5. Set time for 7pm – duration 40 minutes (Zoom will log off at 40 minutes)
  6. Recurring Weekly
  7. Repeat every 1 week
  8. Registration: leave blank, it is not required
  9. Security: No passcode – Click waiting room
  10. Video: Click on for both host and participant
  11. Meeting Options: 
    1.  Enable join before host
    2. Mute participants upon entry
  12. Save
  13. Invite Link: Copy Invitation
  14. Send Invitation Link to group members
